We manufacture cane cutting knives with detachable carbide tips, which are an advancement over the hard-faced knives. Our range of cutting knives for Cane Cutter, Chopper, Leveler etc. Spreads over a large variety of designs/sizes.

Hardness: 63HRC Min /700BHN
Shearing strength: 250Mpa Min
Tensile strength: 630Mpa Min
Main material:
high chrome cast iron(63HRC,wear resistance) + weldable mild steel(impact resistance)
2) Application
Knife edges can be used in sugar or coal industry to do crushing and shredding performance, it has excellent impact and abrasion resistance properties & enhanced service life.
